Nursing Education

As I have a strong educational background, I am skilled in understanding how people learn and provide a teaching approach that is strong yet personable. I am able to make clear and insightful links between theory and practice. My teaching style motivates learners to give of their best in the workplace and to feel re-energised regarding their work roles.

I can be contracted to provide in-service education sessions. Listed below are some of the topics that seem to have been beneficial to health care facilities, the delivery of some deemed mandatory by Health funders.

“I am very fortunate to have found a professional supervisor who is also a nurse. Esther has been instrumental is assisting me with ideas to demonstrate my competence in the areas of my NP portfolio that I felt I was weakest. I look forward to continuing to work with Esther once I have obtained NP registration. I foresee that she will be an excellent sounding board, in clinical, professional and business issues.”
